Continuing your path in public safety

The Master of Science in public safety management program prepares students to effectively manage and lead public safety agencies in a supervisory position.

Available in traditional and fully online formats, the degree poses a myriad of benefits for students. Today public safety is paramount when it comes to cities and communities throughout America. After the World Trade Center bombing, public safety changed like never before. Now, public safety management is essential when it comes to the jobs of Law Enforcement, Corrections, Criminal Justice, Fire Science, Emergency Medical Services, Crime Scene Technology or Public Administration.

This program not only maintains a low student-professor ratio but also our graduate courses are offered by practitioner-scholars in traditional, hybrid and online environments — a unique feature that makes our graduate program as accessible as possible to both full-time professionals and young adults who have recently finished their undergraduate degrees.
