Equipping students to be servant leaders
The Leadership Institute is a leadership program provided by the Whitfield Center for Christian Leadership. Open to all ÎçÒ¹¿ì²¥ students, the Institute teaches the essentials of Christian leadership for success in one’s future vocation. The program also helps students grow in their understanding and practice of leadership. Topics covered include:

- Vocation and Calling
- Identifying Your Purpose
- Leading Yourself
- Accomplishing Goals
- Managing Stress
- Productivity
- Growing as a Leader
- Problem Solving
- Making Decisions
- Leading Others
- Serving within Organizations
The program consists of two semesters of interactive leadership luncheons, followed by an internship related to the student’s future vocation. Students learn in diverse formats including lecture, discussion and online learning. Any student may apply.
